Orders placed on mariaannaskincare.com are shipped via reliable courier partners (e.g., The Courier Guy, etc.). We currently ship only within South Africa and are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or accept international billing addresses at this time. Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout to avoid any errors or delays. If you need to correct or update your shipping address, contact us immediately at admin@mariaannaskincare.com. Address changes may incur additional charges.

How Much Will My Delivery Cost?

FREE shipping within South Africa on orders over R800 (after discounts and excluding taxes).
For orders under R800: R99.00

Courier Partners (e.g., The Courier Guy) operate Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that shipping times reflect the transit time, not the processing time to prepare your order. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day of receiving payment. Payments via credit card are processed immediately, while EFT or bank deposits take 24 hours to clear.

Courier delivery time:
- 5 working days for main cities.
- Up to 7 working days for remote areas.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9am - 5pm (no weekend or public holiday deliveries). Please ensure that someone is available to accept your delivery; any person at the delivery address can sign for the package.

In rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, etc). If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, contact us with your order number for follow-up.
