Refund & Return Policy

At Maria Anna Skincare, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our refund and return process below.
1. Unopened Products
If you’d like to return an unopened product, contact us at admin@mariaannaskincare.com within 7 business days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original, unopened packaging and in saleable condition. If eligible, please return the product at your expense. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process a refund (excluding courier fees) within 3 business days.
2. Opened Products
For opened products, please email before-and-after photos to admin@mariaannaskincare.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis to your original payment method. Returns must be requested before sending items back; return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank's timelines.
3. Order Cancellations & Modifications
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at admin@mariaannaskincare.com. We aim to process orders swiftly, but cancellation may not be possible once an order is shipped. If your order is canceled, you’ll be refunded for any canceled items.
4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

5. Defective Goods
If you receive defective or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 days at admin@mariaannaskincare.com with photos for evaluation.
6. Adverse Reactions
If you experience a reaction, please contact us with details and photos. Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
